OSA is delighted to host the 2024 Fred Elkins Memorial Golf tournament on June 15th at the beautiful Station Creek Golf Club - a Clublink Course! Please join us for a wonderful day of golf, fun and food.
There is lots to look forward to including competitions for hole-in-one, longest drive and closest to the pin, 50/50 draw, prizes and more!
Date: June 18, 2024 Location: Station Creek Golf Club, 12657 Woodbine Ave, Gormley, ON L0H 1G0 Registration Timeline: Registration will begin at 11:30am followed by lunch at 12:00pm and shot-gun start at 1:00pm. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
Cost: $225 (+tax) - Includes green fees, cart rental, lunch, dinner following game play $80 (+tax) - Dinner only

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment must accompany the completed registration form. Under no circumstances will participants be allowed to play if payment was not received in advance of the tournament date. If you are mailing a cheque please do so immediately following your registration – This will reserve your spots for 1 week. Cancellations must be made no later than May 25, 2024 at 12:00pm for a full refund. Any cancellations and/or failure to show after June 2, 2024 will be responsible for the full cost paid for the tournament.
